With over two decades of diverse executive leadership, I've honed my expertise in driving business growth, managing complex projects, and nurturing high-performing teams across diverse industries. My passion lies in the nexus of renewable energy, specifically solar farm and energy storage development, and business leadership. I've overseen Tier One projects across various continents including Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Asia, and Europe.

My expertise spans the intricate facets of business, from Full P&L accountability, cash flow management, and commercial contract negotiations, to in-depth project and engineering management in Solar, BESS, Electrical, and allied fields. Leveraging a robust foundation in automotive, mining, and infrastructure sectors, I’ve been instrumental in the growth and development of various projects, most recently establishing and managing the development of the 300MWp Meadow Creek Solar Farm.

In a constantly evolving industry, I take pride in my track record of completing intricate projects, creating solutions for multifaceted challenges, and fostering teams that prioritise customer service, workplace safety, and business expansion.
